Dr. Kathy DiPasquale Kim
Dentist
Dr. Kathy DiPasquale Kim grew up in the suburbs of Baltimore and has always had a passion for art and science. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and Towson University with degrees in biology and industrial design. After a successful career as a product designer, she chose to combine her interests in artistry and patient care and earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. Dr. Kim is a member of the American Dental Association and the Maryland State Dental Association. She is fluent in Spanish and Italian and works hard to provide high-quality dental care to each patient. Dr. Kim is married and has a young daughter. Away from the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
Dr. Deborah Wilson
Dentist / Hygienist
Dr. Deborah Wilson semi-retired in the spring of 2021 after practicing for 37 years, 20 of which from her office on Minstrel Way in the building next door!
After an extensive search for a practice where her patients would feel most comfortable, she found Dr. Kim - who she described as "a younger, more modern version of me, with the same caring attitude, attention to detail and commitment to excellence and innovation in dentistry – a Dr. Wilson, 2.0."
While in semi-retirement, she is working part-time at Lakeside Smiles Columbia performing only cleanings and periodic and emergency exams.
Lisa
Hygienist
Lisa is a native Howard County-ian, he comes to us with 25+ years of experience working at only a handful of dental offices in the Baltimore area.
She has a kind demeanor and is gentle on your teeth and is passionate about making sure that your teeth stay healthy!
Christine
Hygienist
Christine works part-time at Lakeside Smiles Columbia. She brings many years of hygienist experience and expertise to our office.
She is proficient with regular cleanings as well as deep cleanings (scaling and root planing) and she performs both with minimal discomfort to her patients.
Angie
Hygienist
Angie, who worked with Dr. Wilson for over 20 years, followed her to Lakeisde Smiles Columbia. For long-time patients of Dr. Wilson, it will be a familiar sight to see Dr. Wilson and Angela, only in different sourroundings.
Angie works part-time at Lakeside Smiles Columbia since she spends the rest of her week taking care of her FOUR grandchildren. We are waiting for them to grow up so she can return to full-time, but she keeps getting more grandkids!
Joilenny
Front Office / Insurance Specialist
Joi brings a big smile at the front desk and an attention to detail when working with insurance companies. She will gladly answer any billing and insurance questions that you may have.
If insurance denies a claim, she is relentless with getting to the bottom of the story and appealing if necessary.
She will also help explain copays, payment options, and any other account questions, also a native Spanish-speaker!
Alicia
Front Office Administrator / Dental Assistant
Alicia is the newest member of the Lakeside Smiles team. She brings a positive, friendly energy to our team every day.
Not only does she help chair side but also managing front-office operations, including patient scheduling, insurance verification, and records maintenance
Patricia
Dental Assistant
Patricia has been a great addition to the Lakeside Smiles Columbia team. she is detail-oriented and has years of experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
When she's not at work, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and young son. She's also a native Spanish-speaker!
Roxy
Dental Assistant
Roxy rejoined Dr. Kim after working together at another dental office. When she learned that Dr Kim was in need of a dental assistant, she jumped at the opportunity to join the Lakeside Smiles Columbia team and Dr. Kim welcomed her with open arms.

Betty is known for her gentle approach in comprehensive chairside support. She prides herself on making patients feel comfortable and at ease during visits.
